Kathleen has a gentle and helpful customer service attitude. She is attentive to detail, compassionate, and kind. She has been in Real Estate and Storage Industry for the past 16 years. On a personal level she has owned bowling centers, a restaurant, and was a contractor for 10 years.

Meet The Team: Kai, Owner

Kai has been in the Real Estate and Storage industry for the last 15 years. He is always looking to improve the customer experience and is a "hands on" owner. He is a father of two amazing kids and a has been married to his "High School Sweetheart" for the last 11 years. Aside from his family, he enjoys coaching wrestling and is the head wrestling coach at a middle school.
